We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consolidation Manager to join our finance team. As a Senior Consolidation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the consolidation process for our organization. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strong attention to detail.


  1.  Manage annual closing transactions and accounting data entry

  4. Financial Consolidation: Take ownership of the entire financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from various entities within the organization.

  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for management, shareholders, and external stakeholders. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and governance procedures related to consolidation activities.

  7. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the consolidation process to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve data integrity. Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to drive process improvements.

  8. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consolidation professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Oversee the training and development of team members.

  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and external auditors. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing insights, and ensuring effective communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Proficiency in consolidation software and ERP systems.
