He was in charge of the integration of the Group's strategic acquisitions (M&A). He also strongly contributed to the overhaul of their procedures/tools as part of the implementation of a Group ERP (SAP) and participated in the project to reduce closing times (FAST CLOSE). Mickaël holds the position of Reporting & Consolidation Manager within VALFIDUS and is in charge of producing the consolidated financial statements of the VALFIDUS Group under Luxgaap.
