Position summary
As a Trainee Corporate Officer you will support the corporate‑governance and legal‑administration team that services Luxembourg holding companies, PE/RE fund SPVs and securitisation vehicles. Over a structured 12‑ to 18‑month learning path you will master the practicalities of company law, CSSF and RCS filings, board‑meeting logistics and KYC/AML upkeep—preparing you for promotion to Junior Corporate Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar; master students considered for an apprenticeship contract.
  • Genuine interest in company law, governance and funds.
  • Proficient MS Office skills; ability to draft clear, error‑free documents.
  • Languages: fluent English plus good French or German; Luxembourgish an asset.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, keen to learn, and comfortable dealing with deadlines.
  • EU citizenship or valid Luxembourg trainee/work permit.
