Data collected and purposes
Via the quote/contact form: name, email, phone, country of residence, service and company type, and your message. Purposes: answering your request, preparing a quote, performing our engagements and meeting our legal obligations.
During an engagement: identification data and documents required by regulation (notably anti-money-laundering, AML/KYC).
Legal bases
Consent (form), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligation (accounting, tax, AML/KYC) and legitimate interest (security, service improvement).
Recipients and retention
Your data is intended for the firm and, where relevant, the authorities (ACD, AED, RCS, CCSS) and contractually bound technical processors. Accounting and AML/KYC records are kept for the legal period (up to 10 years); commercial requests for as long as needed to process them.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: contact@financialservices.lu.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), the Luxembourg supervisory authority (cnpd.lu).
