Our story
Financial Services Accountant Luxembourg was born from a field observation. After more than 17 years inside large international groups (Havas, Bouygues Construction, Castel) and investment structures, Mickaël LOC saw too many entrepreneurs bounced from one provider to another: one for accounting, another for company formation, a third for structuring. That fragmentation costs time, errors and peace of mind.
From that frustration came a simple conviction: to bring together, under one roof and one signature, a human-scale fiduciary able to keep the books as well as architect a SOPARFI or consolidate a group. A fiduciary that commits personally to every file, from formation to consolidation, speaking nine languages to clients of twenty-eight nationalities.
The firm operates under a business licence issued by the Ministry of the Economy: an accountant authorisation (2017), then for auxiliary activities of the chartered-accountant profession (2020), under number 10077274. It is registered with the RCS under B213987, VAT-identified as LU29299810 and supervised by the AED.
Today, Financial Services Luxembourg serves entrepreneurs, holdings, investors and funds across the whole value chain: company formation, accounting and accounts, tax and VAT, SOPARFI and wealth, consolidation, directorship and substance, fund accounting and outsourced CFO — backed by an augmented back-office (GCC model in India), with decisions that stay human, supervised and signed in Luxembourg.
